Day 26

It has almost been a month. This month has really gone by slowly for me. Maybe the weather, maybe the anticipation of school closing, maybe the DIET!!
Anyhow, i have weighed myself, but i will do a real weigh in on Monday Inshallah.

The cheesecake was the BOMB. BUT i ate three pieces, i thought it was all u can eat...i was wrong, cause later i felt really heavy..

Today we had a potluck, i had to leave the room a couple of times to resist the bread and pasta, man did it look good, and the dessert....YUMMMY!!!

but alhamdullilah i didnt cheat.


I am really craving some bread right now, you know i was thinking to move the scale right at the door of the fridge, that way everytime i have to open the fridge to get something i will step on the scale and maybe change my mind......What do u think?????

a left over slice of cold pizza
a samosa with ketchup
a piece of chocolate

all this within a 15 minute span....SHUX

Day 23 ( i think)

Well i think im on phase 2, because after i have my meal, i sometimes eat a piece of bread.
And im drinking a lot more milk. I drink a glass at night before going to sleep with a spoon of honey. I keep telling myself its sunnah so it cant be fattening.

Anyhow im really looking forward to some cheesecake tomorrow. A whole cheesecake for Anisa and me....How lucky are we!!!

Day 21

I think im ready to start Phase 2.
I need to eat my bananas!!!!
so i had a banana for breakfast, a cheesestick for lunch and for dinner im going to go eat at Nandos, im saving my lunch pass for that.
A BIG WHOLE CHICKEN JUST FOR ME!

im starting to feel like im talking to myself here! Where is everyone????

Day 19 & 20

So yesterday i had shawarma AGAIN. im all shawarmad out. We had a staff meeting yesterday and our staff room has nescafe french vanilla and its got 0 sugar in it. so i drink that with 4 creams and two sweetners, it was becoming to sweet, BUT our own personal South Beach patrol told me that i might as well eat a Boston Cream doughnut instead of putting in 4 creams:S
so today i had the nescafe with no cream and it was still good.

I had cheese stick today and yougurt with sweetner.
For lunch i had leftover that i think went bad..

All i have to say,is T.G.I.F!!!

lets see how dinner goes.
No more cashews in the house! YAY

Day 18: Where my SoBe's at?

Come on guys we can still do this!!!
Yesterday i cheated and ate a bun but then i felt guilty and promised myself that today is a new day and cheating aint worth it!!!

And on top of cheating that one second, i checked my weight and i gained five pounds on my scale that is apparently 12 lbs less....

But oh well, as long as i dont feel gross i guess is somewhat important...

Breakfast: cheese sticks
lunch : humus and veggies

Day 17: BUKSHAKSHOO

well hopefully this will explain for the no weight loss...but im not giving up, today is a new day and atleast im eating better that before, i mean i havent had something sweet in almost three weeks!

The lasagna from Last thursday is still going strong :) so im having that for lunch and inshallah will make stuffed chicken for dinner.

still no exercising in sight!

Day 16: Still no weight loss and still havent cheated AH

Well i had a huge glass of milk today, i am not sure if that is cheating or not...but anyhow i skipped dinner cause i had a big lunch and i am so sad that i havent lost anything...

But this is what i had:

Breakfast: egg
lunch: chicken and salad and humus
snack: lots of cashews throughout the day ( i havent learnt my lesson yet)
dinner: glass of milk with a spoon of honey
